He is also a qualified teacher with a degree in both Business Studies and Business Management. He brings all the knowledge and skills he acquired during this time, to his role of Training Manager, offering an unrivalled level of training.
Graham delivers the training in a professional, confident manner, coupled with a disarming sense of humour and down-to-earth approach. He incorporates this element of humour to ensure candidates are motivated throughout with his unique, enjoyable, informal learning environment.
Graham’s chief objective is to make all candidates feel comfortable, at ease and able to ask questions throughout if unsure about any aspect of the course. Interactive discussion during training is encouraged.
All these elements combined ensure that the learning experience is motivational and enjoyable rather than a chore, hence resulting in a high level of return custom and ‘word of mouth’ recommendation.
Paul has many, many year’s experience of working within the plumbing industry, starting out as a plumbing/heating engineer and progressing onto Design Engineer, Technical Services Engineer, Customer Service Manager, Service Manager, Training Manager and ultimately his current role of Training Assessor.
Paul is an extremely good communicator with a good sense of humour - candidates are made to feel at ease rather than pressurised while undertaking their practical assessment. He is organised and conscientious in his approach to work and also honest and adaptable to changing situations and/or priorities.
He utilises all his skills and experience, incorporating these into his work with us at Trianco Training, thereby providing an excellent service for the candidates.
It is truly a privilege to have Paul as our Assessor here and all candidates attending our courses are assured of his high level of professionalism, experience and knowledge.
